Women’s: Tuesdays 9:30-11am at MCRC. Women’s Local Remote (Zoom): Tuesdays 6:30-8pm.

Men’s Class: Thursdays 6:30-8pm at MCRC.

Come on into the church Wednesday mornings to get some steps in by walking laps through the building!

For kids 1st grade through 5th grade.

Come and let your toddler play while you visit with other parents, grandparents, and caregivers.

Join Jacki and others to get a good workout in every Friday at 4pm. Bring hand weights if you have them. Jacki is instructing a beginner’s “on ramp” CrossFit class that anyone can be a part of.

For middle and high schoolers every Sunday night!
